Team Based Fantasy is a free, non-commercial fantasy sports platform where users draft real-world sports teams and earn points based on actual game results. The Service includes AI-powered features such as league recaps, draft analysis, power rankings, and chat. No real money, prizes, or gambling of any kind is involved.

3. Not Gambling

The Service is a free-to-play fantasy sports platform. There are no entry fees, no real-money prizes, no wagering, and no paid features. The Service is intended purely for entertainment among friends.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

5. User Accounts

You may sign in using a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google, Apple, or email) through our authentication partner, Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. One account per person.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including manipulating drafts or scores
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate league names or team names
• Spam other users with unsolicited invitations

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate league recaps, draft grades, power rankings, predictions, and other content. AI-generated content is for entertainment purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content.

8. Content

User-generated content such as league names, team names, and chat messages remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

9. Email Communications

By using the Service, you may receive league-related emails including weekly recaps, draft reminders, and league invitations sent on behalf of other users. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Scores, standings, and game data are sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
